  Krissy Bencomo is an outstanding Clayton Homes representative. She is knowledgeable, patient and very customer friendly. My family and I are in between selling our home and purchasing a new home. I had many questions about the process of purchasing a Clayton home, preparing land for utilities, foundation and home placement. Our home situation is up in the air. Krissy was very patient and took her time to help me think through several relocating scenarios. She was able to walk me through the process of purchasing a home and the timelines that go along with land preparation, home and site construction and utility hookup. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a Clayton home.

  Sam is your go-to for all things land home. other dealers are scared of doing a land home fha package but not sam. a true professional.

  I would like to give the biggest thank you possible to Samantha Estrada at Clayton Homes in Edgewood,NM she is simply amazing. I had been looking for a home with land in edgewood for a long time and one Saturday morning I walked into Clayton Homes and was greated by Samantha with an amazing goodmorning and smile. She listened while I explained what I was looking for and jumped into action. Long story short Samantha is a huge asset to Clayton Homes and Eddie and Claytons corporate office is very lucky to have her as a team member. I absolutely love my 2024 Triumph 5 bedroom 3 bath home on over 2 acres in an amazing area and I owe it all to the long hard work Samantha did and continues to do to this day. I not only got the home of my dreams but a very special friend thank you Samantha Estrada you are amazing at what you do and I am forever grateful to you and everything you helped me accomplish.
