  Brenda was professional and informative. She went out of her way to show us multiple homes to see what fit our interest. She was patient and had a great personality! I would highly recommend Brenda if you are looking for a house!

  Clayton Homes of Palestine was extremely professional and went above and beyond to also be very personable as well. They followed up with impeccable timing and researched excellent deals for us. I appreciate what good care they took of us. They managed the finances that we had invested into them as well, making sure we got a refund that was on the books that honestly I had even forgotten. This spoke to me about the integrity of the team!

  Brenda was very knowledgeable and not pushy. She took me through multiple houses and let me take my time looking. When I said I didn't like something about a house, she understood my reasoning and changed to houses that she thought I would like better. I was very nervous about making that large of a purchase (first time buying a new house) and she was very empathetic and asked if there was anything she could do to make any of this easier for me. I told her I was just worried because if anything fell through with the sell of our house, I didnt know how we were going to manage that big of a house. She said she understood and that if something happened, just call her and explain what happened and we could switch our purchase to the smaller house that would be more affordable for us. Since we are paying cash, we got a great discount and since we are purchasing in September we get a free prpane griddle. Plus as we were leaving we got to spin the wheel for a prize gift to us. Yay $500 extra off of our purchase. I was very pleased. After a day of relaxing after signing, I feel 100% happy with the home we chose (The Monterrey). I cannot wait to decorate for Christmas. We went to many home sales lits throughout central, north, northeast Texas and I would definitely tell everyone to visit here before they settle elsewhere. Thank you Brenda!
