Todd was great, closed on our home today, couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience with him. Can’t wait to work side by side on getting this home on the ground !

I recently purchased a trailer and had the absolute pleasure of working with Tod and Pam throughout the entire process. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making everything go as smoothly as possible.
Tod was incredibly responsive and always took the time to explain every step of the financing process in clear, simple terms. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward. His attention to detail and dedication to getting the best possible outcome were truly impressive.
Pam was equally fantastic — organized, friendly, and consistently on top of all the paperwork and communication. She kept everything moving on schedule and was always quick to answer any questions I had. Her support and expertise were invaluable.
Thanks to Tod and Pam, I’m now the proud owner of a beautiful trailer, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. If you’re considering financing a trailer or any type of mobile home, I highly recommend working with this team. They genuinely care and go above and beyond for their clients.

Pam and her team will help you every step of the way. Great homes even better service and the prices are amazing. I'm sure they have a lot of clients calling, but they always picked up or called right back if I had questions. 10 out of 10 would recommend if you're looking to go this route of home buying.

I'm glad it seems most people had a relatively good experience with Clayton Homes in Hinesville. I however did not have a great experience. I was driving from out of town with the off chance of seeing if someone could talk me through their specific process of homes and layouts. I went to the website prior to my visit to set an appointment, but I assume no one was able to get to it until the weekday. Driving 2 and a half hours (because I would already be in the general area), I stopped by. My fiancé and I were met with an older gentleman named Joey, who greeted us and asked if we had made appointment and I explained I did on a Friday evening but assumed it wouldn't be seen until Monday, but figured may as well stop by. This in no way gave him an indication to assume anything except that an actual appointment hadn't been confirmed.
We went into one of the back offices and sat with him as he talked, kinda jotted down our information-- asked who (out of me or my fiancé) was buying. I barely got to talk about what it was I was looking for or explained what I had researched before he spouted out with another assumption and said "Well, lemme educate you."
Never assume that everyone who is coming to your place of business knows nothing. I understand not everyone will know fully what they are looking for, but that was not the way to go about doing it. He preceded to talk over me countless times and I just saw no point in speaking anymore about what I was looking for. It turned me off to even considering wanting to do any business with them. If I couldn't get the appointment squared away with them, that's fine. I have no problem leaving and coming back to an open house; but that wasn't even going to be an option at that point after that interaction.
If anyone does reach out to me from this location, I do not want to address anything outside of what I've reviewed. Just be better, and don't talk down to people. It was incredibly rude and lacked any tact.
Good luck to any of your future home buyers who will have a better experience.
