    Had a great experience with Clayton Homes of Oroville, they were much more professional and honest about what to expect than another local retailer we dealt with previously. Polly made the experience headache free and did everything she could to keep it on track. As a matter of fact the home was on site and ready but we were having an issue getting utilities installed. The workmanship of the installers was better than I expected, it was a pleasant surprise. Their follow up care has been great as well, nothing major just minor issues from sediment from the well. If I find myself in the market for another home I will for sure use them again.
