  Terrible company!!!!! Very disappointed in the work quality and their customer service. I purchased my home in 2022. There were a lot of small defects that were supposed to be resolved such as a cracked countertop, dented light, and cracks in the walls. Clayton took down all the info and assured me someone would be in contact once the new countertop arrived so they could make all the repairs at once. After a few weeks of hearing nothing I tried calling to check and was no longer able to reach someone at the number I kept getting forwarded to voicemail. None of the repairs were ever made and no one ever called me back. Fast forward three years later and my roof continues to leak in my house every time it rains and now in even more areas. I had a roofer come out and they said whoever installed it had no idea what they were doing because there are countless exposed nails and staples. I need a whole new roof. And guess what? Clayton only offers a one year limited warranty on everything including the roof so I’m out of luck. Regret ever choosing this company don’t make the same mistake because they are terrible builders and are not interested in making things right. Avoid Clayton at all costs.
