  Let me start with Clayton homes in Enterprise is 10000% the place you want to go if you need a home. They have been nothing short of amazing and genuine with me from the start. When I first came I honestly did not think I would be getting a home, but Carl made sure we did. He communicated with me the entire time, and made sure I was aware of everything in the process.. even when I asked a million questions. They worked with me until we were able to figure something out and I was able to purchase my first home for my family. Im bad with names but the guys who came out to move my old home were amazing and nice. The guys who came out to make the pad were super nice and talked to me, they even leveled my driveway and filled in a hole we had in our front yard which was amazing of them. When they brought our new home in they made sure to ask me if it was where I wanted before they set it up. I feel like they definitely made sure I was included in the whole process and I loved that. There were a couple things that needed to be fixed from the moving process and Clayton Homes was really quick about getting someone out here to fix everything. Tommy and Aaron were amazing, I know im super awkward when it comes to meeting new people but they were super nice and got everything done in a timely manner. I could go on and on about how amazing Clayton Homes is but I will say if you ever need a new house Carl is the best person for it. We will definitely be back if we ever need any homes! Thank you guys for everything, yall have been nothing short of a blessing.

  They said they were going to come to our property for a survey on our land to access a new house to be purchased & brought in _ sadly to say no further responses or feedback from them 👿! Was a waste of my time & effort !!! So we found another manufacturer seller!

  From the initial browsing to find the home that was right for us to set and move in, everyone at Clayton Homes was kind, helpful, and professional. We had a positive experience every step of the way. Thank you to Carl and the rest of the team for making the home buying process smooth!

  I was a first time homebuyer and I was extremely nervous but Carl was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He was just a phone call or text away whenever I had questions. He went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible.

  My husband and I are first time home buyers and we just want to give a huge thank you to Carl! He was extremely helpful and informative. He was always a call or text away anytime we needed anything. He updated us frequently and was always checking in to see what we needed.
