  Liars liars liars!!! Do NOT buy from these people! When we signed Danny (manager) was there reinforcing how everything would be fixed blah blah. I made a list and emailed it to Susan. They would come out do 1 or 2 things half-ass. The siding was stained. They sent someone to power wash it. That didn’t clean it up so she said she would order new siding then when I asked about when that would be done she said it was never agreed on. So I sent a screenshot of what she said. Still never fixed alone with my bathroom vanity and cracks in the ceiling nails under the linoleum all over the house, a bathroom vanity they were going to replace but didn’t. Instead the guy came and cut it down to make it fit until the replacement came. Guess what I’ve got to buy a new one to replace it now. He couldn’t fix it rt bc the whole wall is crooked. There is lots of other things. She would ignore my email, text and calls. I would call,text and email and ask for Danny to call me. Been over a yr and still no call from him. As soon as my “warranty “ was up for cosmetic things I was told it was over and nothing they can do now. Now I have $130,000 house I’m gonna have to spend $20,000+ to fix what they didn’t. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE!!! Well unless you want to have your house look like crap or pay to have all the things they said they would fix done.

  This place deserves every bit 0 stars. If you are looking to get into something just know you will never get out from underneath the mobile home. They will tell you one thing you then sign papers and the everything that they tell you anything but the truth. The will sale a house that you already put a down payment on rush you in a “newer” model that was rushed and you’ll have nothing but issues. They will also tell you “we will make this right” guess what? They never do. 4 years later and still absolutely regretting my decision. Do your research before you buy from Clayton homes Conway.

  PSA - " THE SMITH LAW FIRM" is taking in clients that have been screwed, ripped off and lied to by Clayton's Homes in Conway!!! Contact them now about the bs they have put you through by choosing them to buy from. They have done nothing but lie to me and refuse to fix ANYTHING including things they said would be fixed before I even moved in and I have been here for well over a year!!!
