  We are buying a custom build deer valley home through Clayton homes and our sales rep Noah has a been absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, helpful with saving us money, adds his own great thoughts on some customizations that we would have never thought of, super friendly, and overall just a great guy to work with.

  Horrible experience with Adrian he was extremely rude I’m not sure his position but he definitely made sure I would never shop with them in the future or ever refer anyone to them. Please work on your communication and customer service very unprofessional.

  Don’t expect everything to be perfect because it won’t be but they do their best at the Athens mobile home to help you the factories another story😡

  Jeff was hands down amazing to work with! He helped us so much by showing plans and homes that best fit our needs. Jeff was always easy to reach and did a great job of explaining all the ins and outs of buying a manufactured home. We were totally new to the process and he walked us through every step! Jeff definitely went above and beyond, even helping us find homes in the area to walk through so we’d know that we would be happy with our decision. He took time out of his schedule to walk our land and help us through the process. If you’re in the market for a manufactured home, go and ask for Jeff!
