  Worst home buying & "customer service" experience ever! The numbers on the loan constantly change & even though I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt & still purchased after our seller was fired due to stealing customers personal info, I should have noticed the "red flags". Bought a brand new home that within just one month of living in, I had major issues. It takes awhile to get a response on getting something fixed, usually having to follow up with them instead. Right at the last few months of the end of the 1 yr. warranty, they really procrastinated on getting things done. Needless to say, now I'm having to report to the housing authority & factory with issues such as black mold, my floor caving in, plumbing issues, & that's just to name a few. Luckily I have alot of proof, pictures, & emails. Do your research before purchasing! It's all over the internet of how horrible this brand is, along with this location. Just wish I would have known in the beginning all that I know now!

  My husband set up an appt on the website and waited 2 wks for a phone call to no avail. My husband and I came down for a visit 2 wks ago. Had a great walk through with a floor plan we were really interested in. We sat down in the office with Charles Newsome. We spoke about financing and much more. He wrote down my name, number, and email address. He told us he would send me 3 emails to get the financing started. I haven't heard from him since. I've called and left a message to no avail. I don't know what kind of business he's trying to run, but I am not impressed. He left us twice during our meeting to go to his GM's office and laugh. I could hear him from the bathroom. He continually spoke about his 8 yr career and how the elderly put earnest money down, only to have their children make them give it back. We've since then put an offer on a home. I hope and pray it goes through. If not, we will be looking for another home and this company will be the last place we come to! Be ware future customers!

  Nobody would say hi to us. One of the employees walking around the parking lot actually bent down to pretend to fix a light so he wouldn't have to make eye contact with us. Very disappointing. Came there to spend money but none of the employees there seemed interested enough to take it. Thankfully there seem to be many other mobile home manufacturers in the Augusta, GA area so my family & I won't be forced to do business with folks who pretend their potential customers are invisible. Shameful.
