  My fiancé and I have been starting to scope out houses to buy and he had brought up Clayton’s! We decided to swing by the Marion location and take a peek.. we were immediately greeted so kindly by Nickie! She sat down with us and explained everything to give us a better understanding of the process and then took us to see some of the homes! FAR surpassed my expectations. I walked in with a “we can look..” mindset and left with “I need one!!!” excitement! Nickie knew exactly what we would love and really helped show us the vision! The model homes were beautiful and Nickie was exceptional! She went above and beyond for us and even stayed late to help us finish everything up! Thank you so much!! We can’t wait to see what the next step is!
