  Horrible!!!! When we went through them we were told we would be in 2-3 months tops. 6 months later we were in but still not done. Problem after problem. We also were told everything that we were not happy eith with would be fixed. Never happened and the promises to send people never happened. Communication was horrible. We had to sign the waiver that we would not reach out for legal services and that should have been a sign then.

  New mobile homes are expensive and depreciate rapidly for the first 5 years. Utilities are outrageously high.

  We recently bought a mobile home from Clayton in Evansville, Jill was so helpful and amazing to work with, as were all of the staff and ,our questions and took care of everything, made it so much easier. Joe the property manager was also a pleasure to work with, very nice people and company, we are very happy with our decision. The Pogue family

  Caleb helped us out a lot. They are a great bunch to work with finding a New Home. Joe was awesome to work with too. Everyone was very friendly.

  Caleb was easy to work with and answered our many questions while choosing a home. He walked us through all the steps and helped us get closed on our loan.
