  Derek at Clayton has worked hard to get our home. He pushed to have built a little earlier and did not mind if we bothered him all the time, which I can say I did. Let us go through the one on lot a dozen times or more. Once it is completed I will be doing another review to let you know the outcome.

  So far so good for us! Me and boyfriend recently purchased our first home and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our process. We have been working with Mr. Derrick and it surely has been a smooth process as this our very first home. Haven’t moved into the house quite yet but we have been informed on every little thing and have been walked through everything that has occurred and I couldn’t be more grateful for the help and guidance we have had in this big milestone. I would highly recommend this Clayton homes location and Mr. Derrick for his great customer service that we have received through all of this!

  So far so good. Derrick has been super amazing. He was on the ball about everything knowing i needed my home. I mean honestly I already knew what i wanted. I kinda wish I knew some stuff before hand. Hopefully everything works out.

  Bought and paid for a house. My house sat on their lot for 3 months before being delivered. As soon as the house was set we noticed and informed them of the manufacturer defects. Front door won't stay shut. 3 windows will not shut or latch. Bathtub won't drain. Shower door won't shut. The roof was inspected and it was not installed correctly. The vinal siding is bowed and rippled horribly. This location does not care about the customer. Stan and Derrik have no clue how to fix your house once you buy it! Contractor came out and while going over the plan to fix correctly i informed him i was recording our conversation due to legal reasons because our house was neglected from day one. Contractor doesn't want to fix a warped wall just want to bandaid the issues. Contractor got an attitude jumped in his truck and left without a word. He was on site less than 10 minutes before he left. His helper never even got out of the van! We were denied the option to inspect our house on their lot after closing and before the house was moved. Derrick took it open himself to move our septic system and reconfigure our yard without contacting us as the homeowners or DEHEC. We asked to be notified if anyone was going to be on site and never got any communication about work being done. We had some questions for one person doing the work and we were told they didn't work for the homeowner only for Stan because that's who hired him to do the job. Nobody did a walk through ar the end of the process because as we were told "your house is too messed up". I could continue for days with all the issues that occurred that were never taken care of by Stan or Derrick.
