What the hell is going on at this location? There is NEVER anyone here?? How do you sell anything? This is the 3rd time we've come up here and nobody is around. He'll, the last time we were up here they locked one of the maintenance guys in the back of the lot. He had to drive between 2 of the mobile home up front to get out!! We get the message now, we'll stop wasting our time and go to Clayton in Cullman or Tupelo from now on. Edit: After reading some of the other recent reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue. You really can't get your employees to work a full day?? Wonder how you treat your workers in the plants making these things?? Don't have to wonder, I'm sure I already know the answer. Reply to Clayton Home: Tuesday, July 1 @ 5:13pm, Thursday, July 3 @ 4:57pm, and one day in mid-June. We did happen to catch Evan there one day and we got some information on a few homes we were interested in. Just before Memorial Day. Went through pre-qualification with a gentleman at Stockton, how said he sent out information over to Evan and he would be in touch. That was nearly a month ago now, haven't heard a word. Tried to reach out. Tried to stop by. More of the same. We will be making a decision either this week or first of next week, and Clayton won't be in the conversation. It's a shame, because they had a couple we were very interested in. But we can't buy something from a dealer that doesn't want to do the bare minimum. Be open when you say you are open, and respond to messages.

Poor customer service! They are great until after you purchase the home and than they don’t want to answer the phone or be helpful, they only want to text. Poor customer service. We called almost a month ago bc none of the doors would shut in my daughter’s home she purchased and they were supposed to send the people that set it up back out to check it but they NEVER came. They were also very disrespectful when they came out to set it up the first time, they threw their water and drink bottles all over the ground and left them there, so rude. They didn’t even give her a key to the home, when I called the man over the repo place to see if there was a key so we could come pick it up, he stated we spent a lot of money coming out and we can’t come out again, which no one even asked him to! And they came out to fix things that obviously needed fixed! The shower faucet was messed up that it poured water from under the house when we cut it on and they came and fixed it and didn’t fix it right the first time so had to come back out (which wasn’t our fault) than the light switch in the living room was wired wrong and would kick a breaker when you turn it on. That could have been a fire hazard for them to say they spent a lot of money coming out, clearly check your homes than before you sell them. $80,000+ for a repo home is a lot of money and to have to deal with smart ass remarks like that makes it even worse!!! And also they were supposed to come out weeks ago to do a underpin which they NEVER came. Please do better with your customer service or hire new people that actually want to help their customers!!!!!
