  My mom was effected by Helene and lost her home. We went to Clayton Homes and spoke to Brock. He was so easy to talk to and made everything go so smooth. He phoned with every update and even handled things for her that he didn't have too. Brock was so good to my mom and knew she had already been through so much with losing a home. Brock is the best. If your looking to buy a home, go talk to Brock.

  My initial experience and help during the sales process were all very very positive. BUT My experience with the volume of repairs and lack of response to fix them has been very poor. Broken shower 2 months. Broken sink 5 months. Broken microwave since purchase. 2nd bathroom pipe improperly installed and backing up. Roof vents leaking. I can keep going. The salesman seems very helpful, and the maintenance crew are nice when they do finally show up. It just takes months, and the repairs are sometimes subpar quality. They are always "starting up new homes" but when yours needs started, they don't fix the problems. We feel ignored. We can't use a portion of our home and they are clearly just waiting out the warranty. When I complain they are always short staffed. Which is a great way to make money on warranties and sales, but not honor the total product purchased.
