  Would be nice if their trucks didn’t take up all four lanes of traffic in the middle of lunch hour just for everyone to sit there for half an hour while they twiddle their thumbs.

  I felt very welcome. My sales man was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable about the homes I was looking at. Very informative about pricing, fees, ect. His name is Kemmi. He is the best sales person I’ve talked too

  This Clayton Homes in Conover was Awesome to work with from start to finish. If you’re buying a home go ask for Kemmi. We loved working with him, he was great to us. He will keep you informed throughout the whole process and answer any questions that you may have. Being first time homeowners we were So Nervous but they explained everything to us in detail. We filled out the application in February and moved into our Dream Home in June. We are so Grateful to have worked with and shared this wonderful experience with such Amazing people and friends😊

  I just wanted to give ultimate phrases to Marina Ortiz Gonzalez !!! I have been shopping for Home for about three months now in the process of selling our home. I have been to multiple multiple dealers. She was the first to take the time to explain every single step to me. This is a huge decision for us as So many other families it’s your home. It’s your biggest investment of Our lives, we are looking for our forever home. She went above and beyond honestly like I feel like I’ve made a lifelong friends in her her information on point she showed me things that after being in multiple offices, I should’ve been shown.!! I truly feel like she cares about myself and my family’s future needs. She didn’t try to pressure me into anything as she knows that I’m already in a stressful time. What’s selling my current home… I have found my go to sales person. I will be driving from Morganton to make sure that we have Marina as our sales person to walk us through our forever home.
