  Jeff Allen was the perfect sales person. He listened to what I needed and quickly move forward. The timing was perfect and the home is excellent if anybody wants a great sales person who listens to you please get a hold of Jeff Allen at Hampstead Clayton Homes I couldn’t be happier with the whole process

  We didn’t just buy our home here , we made wonderful friends. From start to finish we have been amazed with the Hampstead Team! And our HOME is just that HOME!!! Talk about going above and beyond , my personal experience with this Team is they made it all about us!

  Tiffany Maynard along with the entire staff of Clayton homes was a sheer pleasure to work with! They walked with us on the entire path to our country dream homestead and it's evident that they care as much about getting us comfortably into our dream home as we do. Our happy trail was a long one as we kept looking for the perfect place to have the home built. Once the perfect setting presented itself, Tiffany and Co. got us settled in and when all was said and done ensured that everything was in order, going above and beyond our expectations. They are courteous, kind and professional. Sometimes the road is long but just trust the process.

  David helped throughout the process between pre purchase and purchasing. We went through a realtor for the land and everything went smoothly. They are quick to answer questions and put concerns at ease. They really made the whole process streamlined and easier then expected. If your looking to put something in raw land or already established land they can get it done.

  Almost a full week in a new home and I couldn't be more thankful for Jeff and Jackie for making it all come together. As first time buyers we didn't know what we we're doing but Jeff was very patient with us and accommodating even when we couldn't make up our minds at first. He kept us updated weekly and was always available to answer any questions we had. Once all the paperwork was in order and sent off, Jackie came in and got to work. We got weekly updates and of course any questions we had were always answered. Before we knew it was time for a welcome home, Jeff Jackie and Michelle had a celebration for us and gave us all the information we needed to take care of our home moving forward. Thank you so much making this all possible for us. Awhooo!!
