  Would never use this place. Buyer beware. So this has happened. I waited a while to write a review because I wanted to see how this house was going to be. Well not 7 years yet and the kitchen floor is rotten. And it's in 3 different spots. Thank you for absolutely nothing. Not even willing to help in anyway. Would not buy anything from Clayton homes. They are not and not ever have been willing to work with anyone. Also a shout out to Manis Custom Builders who built the home didn't even want to come fix the problems when I informed them about them.

  My family and I came very close to 4pm and spoke with NICK whom told us they'll be closing at 5pmt Saturday..So we started viewing the homes hoping to put down on one... We referred my relative from out of state here because my parents were successful here purchasing a home with LARRY a few yrs back.... After viewing 3 homes we realized the remaining homes were locked and it was only 4:30pm... I called office spoke with NICK with this concern of homes being locked early and asked him to step out so we could see another home and NICK told my family and I he's closing early because he had things to do!! Very unprofessional!! My relative wanted a purchase during this visit and NICK took that away from us being able to view further to make a decision. No respect nor concern from NICK to or towards customer today... A further complaint will be made!
