  Wife and I stopped by this Clayton dealership to look at a particular model. We were warmly greeted by Zach Jones and he took us to the model we were interested in and a second one that was different but he wanted to show us the differences and advantages each one had. Zach was very knowledgeable on the Clayton models and answered every question we had. If you stop by this Clayton dealership ask for Zach, he is a very positive and knowledgeable sales rep without being pushy like some reps can be.

  My process of looking for a home began in 2024 at Clayton Homes in Lexington SC which l had a bad experience with Darlene.I never could reach her and she didn’t return my calls back. She basically wasn’t for me. So my husband went to Clayton Homes in Cayce SC one day and he met with Johnathan Murphy and that was the best experience we had throughout the process.He stayed on things from beginning to finish. It was a process, but he talked me through it. If you had any concerns about anything he was good about getting the answers.Great hospitality from everyone there in the office. They are so friendly especially Johnathan Murphy treating you like family. Thanks again Johnathan for helping us get in our new home June 3, 2025.

  Clayton homes has been a great help with helping start with buying my new home, very good with communication, walking me through each step! Lizzy has been wonderful, she stays on top of things, explains everything step by step, and has helped make the process go a lot smoother and has been making sure even though we had a few bumps in the road with a lender she is still pushing to get us in our new home on time! I highly recommend!
