  From seeking information in February to having a home by October. Terrill Jaquez helped me along the way with the application process, the walk through of viewing their demo homes and all the inbetweens to delivery. Everyone with Clayton Homes in Farmington always greeted us with open arms and made sure our questions were answered. They made my first time buying a home experience a great one. I will highly recommend them from here onwards. Terril understood the struggles I was going through to get closing to come sooner and helped with a big road block and made it a smooth passage. Thank you Clayton Home in Farmington for everything!

  Awesome customer service from Jeff Nacki and the crew from Farmington Clayton Homes! From the time we stepped onto the lot until signing the closing papers he was attentive and genuine. Thanks so much for making our home owning dreams come true.

  Worst customer service ever. Would give them minus 5 stars if I could. Went in to Clayton homes on a Friday they told me one of there model displays was for sale off the lot for 159, 990 went back on a Saturday and put earnest money down on the said house . When we went back to finalize the paperwork they kept putting 165,990 with no explanation as to why the house was 10,000 dollars more .. so they lost not one customer but two cause my mom was also going to buy a home from them. Warren Buffett doesn’t need my money anyway. Stay away from this company the are liars and cheats.
