  I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this location. In our experience, they did not uphold their commitments, and once payment was made in full, communication ceased. A family member paid for a home outright and has since been met with silence from the team, especially from the salesman, Jose, who made numerous promises and is now unreachable. We also encountered unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from their contractor, George, who made personal and disparaging comments such as, “Look at your vehicle, I’m sure you can afford it,” and applied undue pressure to buy quickly. While Lenny, the owner, has maintained a professional level of communication and appears to be the only one operating with integrity, it’s unfortunate that his team is undermining the trust and reputation of the business. I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision. We would welcome contact from management to resolve these concerns. We will be contacting the BBB & corporate first thing Monday morning so George & Jose can be held accountable.

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! They talk a nice game to get you in & then you have to wait as they continue to give you excuse after excuse....I've waited months to get my home delivered and inspected...NEVER AGAIN WOULD I WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY. Then you are referred to call center to make complaints....RIDICULOUS...This is exactly why they play these BS games with you because there is no accountability.

  We came in looking for a house and i think this sale guy forgot his name but figure we was joking about paying a house with cash money with land so only gave 2 stars because he gave a chance to show us some houses but we did not like them cause of what he was saying will i did not and my wife and my mom said the rooms was small but he told us they are insulated threw out the house but you know when you go into one home that hold the cold and another home hold the heat on top of that tap the walls and you can tell if it is insulated threw out the house inside and out and the houses he showed us was not bedroom was small prices was to much for those houses and he said would could not do really any changes to the house what you see is what you get basically that what he pretty much told us so my advice make sure you be happy of what you get dont let anyone just pick your house that you think you would like and this is what this guy was doing

  Nice mobile homes. Lacking in insulation.
