The trimming is cheap, the wallpaper and the inside of the wall is cheap and easily breakable, and almost all the water pipes near the bathrooms needed to be fixed or replaced because of the way the builders lazily put it together. But overall the people are nice and very helpful but I think it's just the builders who build the home
