  Had a great experience with Clayton in Bedford. Dave helped us out tremendously and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile/manufactured home!

  Horrible company. Haven’t been in the house a year and the porch is falling apart already. No one even set our keys. We literally had to watch a YouTube video to set the keys so we could open our door to our home. Everything is poor quality but yet the house is almost $300,000. As a first time home buyer, I was definitely hoping for a better experience. Would never ever recommend this place. Floor keeps coming up and the under pinning around the house has all kinds of open spaces. No one ever gets back to you in a timely manner. I haven’t heard from anyone in months. Stay clear of this so called business and look else where!!

  Every member of the Clayton team was extremely helpful. It took 8 months from first inquiry to living in our new home. Our floorplan is one of the largest and highest quality single story modular floorplans on the market and we absolutely love it. Every one knows that no latge project reaches completion without a hitch and this was no exception. Every step of the way the team at Clayton was transparent and willing to help, even going above their requirements to do so. The reason we chose to build is because the housing market was insane and we were not willing to pay over an already high asking price without any inspections. Clayton answered the call and made us feel right at home. Jessica, Steve, Chris, Beth, and Colby were amazing to work with.

  Where do I start? Beware home buyers, Clayton Homes & Their so-called Salesman Carl Booth will rip you off and ruin your credit for sure! Let me tell ya after My wife and I bought a singlewide mobile home and Payed it off without never even being late on a single payment we thought we'd go bigger in a good way! Boy was we about to get screwed! Here's how dirty Carl Booth & Clayton Homes is really operate! We wanted to trade our singlewide in and go bigger with a double wide turn key deal! We went and found the land threw a realtor and was approved for the loan and thought we was on our way! The land had been surveyed and we was less than a week away from the land clearing process was to get under way! Then our phone rang with some news that shocked us and saved our credit and butt if you know what I mean! Here's the truth, a week away from signing our John Henry's this little phone call let us know that the land we was getting ready to sign on wasn't zoned for a double wide! The land was only zoned for stick built homes! Wow Carl really!!! If we had put a home on this land the county could have put a emergency seizer order and made us leave immediately! And even worse thanks to Carl booth we would have been stuck with a home and land that we would have still had to pay for! Credit ruined , no where to live and paying a 200,000 loan if it weren't for that one phone call! How many other people have already been a victim of this , God only knows!!! My wife and I will never do business with Carl booth/Clayton homes ever again or encourage anyone too! Sincerely B Carter & Teresa Carter
