  I want to take a minute to thank Brenda who was just amazing in the process of my husband & I getting our brand new home. She done an OUTSTANDING job of answering any & all question we had. She truly went above & beyond for us. She is also one of the only reason I am giving five stars right now. Charles, Gavin, & the person who built our steps also done a very fantastic job! For the most part things went smoothly with us getting the home and getting it out to be set-up, but I will never recommend the person they have doing grade work, Malachi. He not only didn’t even leave us with a clean slate to work with, but made us wait weeks to finish. He also busted our water & sewer pipes. My husband & I had to rent our own equipment to push the bank behind our house back so we could even get into the back door. It was a nightmare. Currently, there’s a few minor issues with our doors & shower that we have been waiting over month to get fixed, but I’m confident that these issues will be fixed as soon as their guys get time. I will say the whole team does a good job at listening to your needs & doing their best to resolve any & all issues. The house we got is beautiful & I would do the whole process over again if I had to. They truly made us feel like family.

  The person we delt with was nice but keep getting a run around for 2 months before we got told we needed to get a way cheaper home and my Fiance had a 765 credit score and we had a big down payment to put down. I would not recommend this place at all. We are going somewhere else where they might want to sell a home.

  If you go here, you have to ask for Albert. Albert was wonderful to us throughout the whole process. He is very knowledgeable about the home buying process and also very friendly. At no point did we feel like we were being upsold on any aspect of the purchase. If you go here, ask for Albert to take care of everything.

  Went in to speak with Tony a couple weeks ago. Im not quite ready to make my move to TN, but they did an excellent job walking me through the process! The whole crew at this location know their stuff! When i do move to TN I will be stopping back by!

  Clayton Homes in Jacksboro is absolutely amazing! We worked with Albert, Todd, and Olivia. They were incredibly patient with us while we were picking out a home and customizing it exactly how we wanted. We started our process with Olivia who was amazing and extremely helpful in helping us pick out the perfect home. We were switched to Albert due to circumstances beyond everyone’s control and we were doubtful at first but fortunately we were wrong. Todd called us and informed us of the switch and made the process extremely easy. Albert met with us and introduced himself and made the switch as seamless as possible. He explained everything in detail and was very responsive through text or calling. Unfortunately we were unable to purchase our home due to situations beyond our control but if we were to buy a mobile home in the future it would definitely be through Clayton in Jacksboro. I highly recommend Albert and Todd to everyone!
