- BBBrookeAug 19, 20251.0Edit- Tina will act like she’s stepping in to help but will then stop responding when they want to ‘make things right’ Drew is super rude and aggressive. They don’t like it when people leave negative reviews so they call and treat the customer really poorly instead of trying to make things right Do not go here. Super unprofessional, the houses they sell are horrid. To top it off, we bought one from them. The farmhouse one.. all the options we upgraded to we were charged for but we never received and yet our contract says they gave it all to us. Floor colors- wrong wall colors-wrong island color- wrong paid for upgraded master shower- got the basic.. poor port workmanship left caulking on everything.. now, they won’t respond. We are just approaching a year of being here and we have had sooo many problems.. leaks, floor pops, etc. the farmhouse sink is cheap plastic. I could go on and on. I would really refrain from buying a family home from this place.

Robbie would step in and help me as well when Drew couldn't be there. Drew was very patient and understanding with me when I couldn't make up my mind or wanted a model which was beyond my means. I am disabled and have trouble getting around and doing things. He patiently helped me see what features would be best for me. When I finally found the home for me, he helped me with the loan process. He even helped me find a place to set up my home. I am now waiting for the closing. Then I can order my home and I know Drew and Robbie will be there to make sure that delivery and set up will go smoothly. Thank you, Drew and Robbie, for making this possible for me! You are both part of my family. I will be letting everyone know what a great help you were to me. I will send everyone your way who is looking for a new home!!
