  Donna Sides was wonderful, knowledgeable and caring for her clients! Although we are not able to purchase a new home at this time related to land permits, Clayton Homes in Albemarle offered a great deal on a beautiful home! Also we didn't feel any sales pressure!!

  I came up here 7 months ago alone from Florida to be by my daughter and my grandkids, I was staying in an Airbnb and I had been looking for a place to live didn't find anything in my price range I drove by Clayton Homes one day I pulled in was probably one of the best decisions I've made walked in I met Kim Register (she's honest and kind she's amazing! ) I told her what my dilemma was that I had a month and a half to be out of my Airbnb she told me she'd do her best to make it happened so she sold me a home that I absolutely love and I bought a piece of property from Sam that I absolutely love as well he's a great guy, I was very worried at the time that I was going to have to continue to stay in a very expensive Airbnb but they brought it to life they came through told me the truth about everything kept me informed the whole way they absolutely did everything they said they would do and made it happen in record time, when I got my keys Dennis walked me through told me everything I needed to know about my place he is a great service manager excellent personality! I would recommend Clayton Homes of Albemarle to anybody thank you so much Kim, Sam, Dennis and Ronald the whole staff is amazing! You guys rock!

  If it would show 0 stars that’s what I’d give. I would never do business with this place again. I’ve had issues with my furnace leaking water inside of it and running onto my floors which causes the breaker to blow a couple times a year. Each time it blows I’m charged $300. I now have water damage to my walls and floors. Sam has told me the unit was recalled and he would have it fixed along with any water damage I had. Well that’s been 8-9 months ago and now he won’t answer calls or return calls. I’ve had this problem for 4 years now and they have known about it since the beginning. Sam is just trying to push it to the 5 year mark so it’s not his problem anymore.
