  Not even a year in home and I’m Very disappointed with home purchased home from The Lynchburg location. My sales man was great no issues there it the set up crew they sent is the issue and the manufacturer. No care and cheap parts Iv had two issues with shower leaks. Granted they fix it but still it’s an issue. I wasn’t gonna come here but this is ridiculous Iv left messages to the place in NC and no one calls back they didn’t back fill correctly they had to resend out some one to redo the skirting under home had the had siding replace because from factory was done incorrectly molding strips falling off kitchen drawer had to replace 2xs ac unit don’t get me started on that or the hot water tank all I can say is think and read reviews before purchasing

  Don’t recommend then to anyway once the house is sold they don’t give a shit. Tell you a bunch of lies. Making us cut a 100 yr old oak tree and pull our asphalt up to our shop. That they aren’t gonna fixFor a drain field.. Because they don’t wanna call somebody back out to reperk the land. Remind you we have like 3 acres. Plenty of land and red dirt. Bunch of clowns. And communication is a negative 10 with this crew. Unprofessional.

  Very nice modular homes three stood out particularly the Elite 68 , the Rocketeer and the Heritage .
