  Nice place friendly people showed me around show me a couple trailers offered me a used trailer and it was coming in unfortunately we can't buy it due to restrictions on our property

  If I could give them a 10 star I would, my experience with these guys has been nothing short of amazing, and I am so thankful to this team!! It’s every home buyers nightmare to discover a problem in their house immediately after signing paperwork and moving in, I was honestly so frustrated when I discovered the damage in my house. When I got the opportunity to speak with your team starting with Lindsey who was so sweet, and helpful and kept me at bay with my frustration, she went to bat for me and advocated for me, great communication, checking in almost weekly to update me even if there wasn’t an update but to be sure I didn’t feel forgotten! You guys didn’t miss with her when you got her on your team she is amazing! And she made this process so smooth, despite my hectic schedule and being worried about the damage! Then you lead me into my encounters with Jordan & Jesse on both occasions, very educated in their craft, helpful and informative and did everything perfectly and so quickly. I say with so much humor I am just a girl and they made sure I understood every step of the way! No one wants to pack up for a week to be away from their home but they did this in less time than anticipated and it turned out perfectly! I know in confidence I can say that I have no further concerns with my home at this time and because of your teams hard work and willingness to show up to help me I can now truly enjoy my home! I can’t speak to how grateful and appreciative I am, the experience is highly noted in my book, thank you everyone who helped make this fix so easy and less stressful! THANK YOU!!!! I can’t say it enough!

  Too bad I cannot give negative stars. This place is horrible and the workmanship of their homes is horrible! They made so many mistakes, did not communicate clearly about home features. Now 3 years into the home and water is coming inside at the top of two living room windows.
