They had three homes there that were upgraded to modulars and they were BEAUTIFUL! Hard to decide between them. We were met at the door by a very nice employee named Nick that answered all of our questions and offered any help that we needed. All of the people there were very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Honestly if you walk into Clayton homes in lancaster sc from the head person in charge down everyone in there is very helpful and knowledgeable and make you feel at home. They have helped me if I couldn't get to nick or he was busy and they all make buying a home comfortable and they work with you!
