  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Clayton Homes, specifically with the salesperson Lora. After our initial in-person meeting, she ran my credit without having all the necessary documents like my W-2s, which I feel would have helped my application immensely. Despite being clear about my urgent need for a home and reaching out to her multiple times a day, I received no follow-up, no communication, and no support. It’s incredibly frustrating and disheartening to feel completely ignored during such an important and personal process. Buying a home is not something to be taken lightly, especially when someone is in a desperate situation. I expected professionalism, transparency, and empathy — none of which were shown. I strongly urge Clayton Homes to reevaluate how they handle customer communication and follow-up. This experience has left me feeling neglected and set back in a critical time.

  Mayra Perez fue una gran ayuda en comprando mi casa nueva. Era muy paciente en todo el proceso. Ella me ayudó escoger cual casa era para mi. Muy amable y me explicaba cada cosa para que le entendiera más al proceso. Se los recomiendo!!

  Had an very smooth home buying experience thanks to Elvia. She didn't give us the run around, and helped my wife and I have our dream home. After so many years of trying, Elvia went above and beyond to help us get our home. I highly recommend Elvia.
