  If your gonna buy from Clayton homes in the tri cities don't waste your time at Elizabethton and just go on to Johnson City Clayton homes. Elizabethton did not want to help us and tried to tell us we had to pay over 20,000 more than what we really did. Theo is a joke and didn't help us at all. We wasted 2 months or more dealing with them. We decided to go to johnson city Clayton homes and speak with them and it was the best choice we made. Every employee there is so nice and helpful. We now own a home and did not have to pay all the extra expenses that Elizabethton tried to get out of us! Johnson City helped us so much!

  I have been working with Theo Hensley at Clayton Homes of Elizabethton, TN and he is hands down one of the best! He is great at communication, he is always eager to answer my million questions I have, and is quick to update me as needed. He is friendly, easy to work with, and has a warming personality! I refuse to work with anyone but Theo, because he genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to assist in any way possible. I know he has my best interest at heart and will advocate for me. If you’re looking for someone you can trust and even walk away with a new friendship then you need to reach out to Theo Hensley! You will not be disappointed. Huge thank you to Theo for helping me navigate through this next chapter of my life!

  Theo answered all of our questions thoroughly and was very professional, he made everything easy to understand. He helped us customize the home we want and explained the entire home buying process to us. Highly recommend!
