  We currently had our home delivered. Morgan, Crystal were very nice and helpful. We had some plumbing issues which were not from Clayton, it was subcontractor. Crystal had a technician from Clayton to fix our leaks Monday. Eric the technician from Clayton was Awesome. He was very prompt and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed our plumbing issues and helped us with some minor things. Eric was Very friendly and helpful..We would trust him to fix all areas of the home. Morgan and Crystal were both Awesome and helpful..We are Very pleased with our new Clayton home..

  Ask for Ben at clayton Homes of Harriman Tn. Great service. Does all he can to help before and after the sell. We have found our new Clayton Home to be the new Home. We were looking for. If I could I would give Clayton Homes of Harriman a 10 stars and Ben 20 stars

  I'm only giving 1 star because I have to. I will NEVER go through them again! Morgan lied to us from the moment we walked in there, about services they provided. It caused us nothing but problems. We had to redo our loan and ended up with a higher interest rate then before because they screwed us over. We finally got in our house last month, when we should have been in last year. I haven't heard from Morgan since last October when I emailed her asking why she lied to us and thought that was acceptable business practice. I've had to file numerous complaints and deal with home office. To the point I was on the verge of suing. And in all honesty I wish I would have. They did not help us through the process and it felt like they had no idea what they were doing. I've already told multiple people interested to not go through them.
