  I cannot say enough good things about Clayton Homes in Bryan, Texas! From start to finish, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. A special shoutout to Shawnie, who has been absolutely incredible throughout the entire FIRST HOME process! She’s kind, patient, and always available to answer questions, no matter how big or small. Her dedication and genuine care made the entire experience stress free and even enjoyable. If you're looking for a home and want a team that truly values their customers, I highly recommend Clayton Homes in Bryan!

  Went through Clayton to purchase my first home and they exceeded my expectations! We are now waiting for the delivery and setup, but so far everyone has been so kind. If there is something I am unsure of or don't understand, they take the time to explain and make sure I understand. If you are looking for a home, I highly suggest checking Clayton out in Bryan! Thank you Maira, Nadia, and Christian for making me feel welcome and important! 😊

  I am happy with Shawnie and Steven guiding us into keeping the home in great condition. Talana and Nadia guided me step by step and answering all my questions. I trully love our house and totally will recommend this team.

  We bought our home from them 4 years back during the Covid world. They were nice and a lot of what was wrong with the house was not their fault and they did the best they could with the issues like floor to ceiling crack, kitchen cabinets not level and screws missing on doorways. They were very good at coming back out for the first 2 years and fixing the squeaking floors. Now the floor has been squeaking for several months even when our 60 pound dog walks across from it and when I reach out to them to see if they can help or know who I could call to come look at it to fix I have not gotten any reply. These squeaks started Christmas 2024 and has spread through out the living room. I would just caution anyone not only buying a house from them but also a Clayton Home in general. They do not hold up the way they say. We have also had to replace the hot water heater and the refrigerator with in the first 2 years. Not Bryan fault on that but Clayton Homes stuff in my opinion is not very good.
