  They were on point when I was there looking at the mobile homes trying to decide which one I wanted, Once I picked the one I wanted out and signed the deal sealing paperwork the communication dropped put significantly. They took about 3 months to move my home to the land when they had told me at the signing it would only take them 2 weeks... They kept coming up with excuse and reasons why it was taking so long to get it moved. Once they finally got the septic tank put in the ground and the trailer moved onto the land they put the power pole on the complete wrong side of the trailer and turns out instead of moving it to the correct side they just pulled up and mounted the power meter box to the side of trailer putting holes in my siding and everything making a potential rot spot in the future if they didn't seal around the screws they mounted with. They trailer also had lots of things wrong with it, like doors and windows that are crooked and or bent.and more I am sure that I haven't seen yet.

  We were going to buy a home and their were details and things we were supposed to go over with the representative and she never called us back.
