  Julian was absolutely amazing, every question we had he had an answer to, every problem we thought we had he had a solution. He was very patient with helping us get what we wanted. Throughout the whole process, all of the communication back was quick and concise. Would HIGHLY recommend!

  If I could give it zero stars I would I still live in my Clayton home Constantly feel like it’s falling apart, my tub cracked vents falling out of the ceiling. The roof is leaking trim that breaks all the time For a good while I lived here without my cabinet doors and the people who are supposed to help you schedule your house maintenance are very rude and hang the phone up on you They blam each other for their mistakes. It is never their fault or they don’t need to apologize. It’s their coworkers fault and then their coworker will come back and say no it’s their fault and it’s incredibly frustrating. It feels like you’re talking to children. Corporate is a joke originally they sold me a house that was too big for my property so I was left with a house that didn’t fit on the land I already owned and had me running around in circles, figuring out how to fix their mistake. When I came to Clayton home, they told me it would be 6-8months it was over a year before I got the keys and because our previous house was destroyed, we were homeless and I often felt like Clayton Home didn’t care about our circumstances During the process of them putting down my home, they kept messing up that includes destroying my neighbors fence which before they went out there, I begged them do not touch the neighbors property because we had to do a small land swap with them and now Clayton Holmes has ruined the relationship we had with our neighbors we promised them that their property would not be touched, and I had Clayton Home’s promise as well. They broke that promise. they were very clear instructions very simple don’t destroy the fence Of course they said they were sorry and they would pay our neighbors some money whenever we got our keys we have lived here for months and so far our neighbors have received nothing from Clayton home and spending more money such as selling me a house that was too big for my property not following the right codes on the steps so they have to be taken down things that are not in my control things that are directly their fault they said they would Pay for their mistakes and that we would not have to. Then they blackmail us the grill that was supposed to come Free with our house, we now don’t get it because of overages that we’re not our fault and they said they would take responsibility They are a terrible company to work with they are liars and they do not care about your home and family
