  My experience with Clayton completely blew me away. I looked at lot models in April and did the loan paperwork, closed in May and had keys on August 11th. From the moment I walked in Andy was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and ready to answer all of my questions. He was fantastic with communication and follow through. I could tell how genuinely happy and excited he was for me and the purchase of my new home. Everything is just as expected and I am thankful. Thank you for everything, Andy! ❤️

  We bought our home with Omar Sebastian. He was very helpful and guided us through the home purchase process. If you are in the market for a new home make sure to ask for Omar Sebastian he will take care of you, we can't ask for more he went above and beyond.

  If you choose to work with this location, I strongly advise NOT to work with Gabe. He is unprofessional and completely wasted our time. We ultimately ended up getting our deposit back. We put a deposit down a month ago (which was my money from my account but for some reason he refused to put my name on anything- just my Fiancés name. I even brought it to his attention and he completely dismissed my concern) and no progress was made. We reached out to Gabe multiple times with no response, we physically went to the Asheboro location and let someone else know what was going on and they told us we could not change our sales person and that Gabe had to spend a lot of time out of the office. How is that fair to the customer? Gabe also told us from the beginning we’d be under our budget and in our house by the end of the year which was completely false. After running numbers we were significantly over what we were approved for, told we couldn’t move in til Jan/ Feb 2026 and told that the price was subject to increase even more if “construction ran in to any issues”. When we requested numbers for a different house we heard absolutely nothing back until AFTER we requested our deposit back. The entire situation was handled poorly and our time was wasted. This is not how you treat paying customers who want to purchase your products.
