The complainer reviewers seem sketchy to me and were barely understandable. One doesn't comprehend how commercial lending works since she has always apparently dealt with cash. Regarding another reviewer, I also hardly believe the Clayton salesperson couldn't remember the name SMITH. Then there was the dope who never even visited Clayton Seguin but criticized it. ANYWAY, I'm looking forward to putting a modular on my 10 acres in Georgetown soon. Just going over plans and pricing now. I will let this review site know how it all went.
