- MPMichele PinerSep 9, 20255.0I went in to look at the homes without my husband. Colby Bean approached me about ham helping me. I had already gotten the name of someone else to help me but he was not there at the time. Colby insisted that he could show me the homes and that when the other guy came in I was certainly welcome to talk to him about them. After getting to know Colby I decided that I would stay with him. I'm certainly glad that I did because he spent a long time answering my questions and later that night he even emailed me the information on four of the homes that I looked at. Not only was he so helpful he was most enjoyable to talk to. Delete from a two-story house to a trailer to downsize was a difficult decision for us. He assured us that the quality of the homes in the construction phase was outstanding. He made what started as a despondent trip to look at homes most enjoyable.

They weren't there for my closing, didn't do a construction clean, never had a walk through, never had keys that worked for my doors. The only thing I've really asked for was for my outside water spicket to work because it has absolutely no water pressure and I have livestock. It has been since November that they knew this and still hasn't been fixed. I'm beyond upset with this company and their lack of care for their customers. Don't do it! There are so many better places to buy from.
