  Just wanted to take a moment and recognize Blake Isley Stafford for going above and beyond for me throughout my experience with Clayton Homes. From plan to plan changes to tearing it all down and starting from scratch Blake never once lost her patience, her smile, or her professionalism. She always maintained a positive attitude all the way through. There is no doubt in my mind that she is one of a kind and Clayton Homes of Burlinton should consider themselves blessed to have her in that office. Above all else Blake Isley Stafford is the only reason I'm going with Clayton Homes for my home purchase. Stop in and talk to her and in just 3 minutes you will understand what I'm talking about.   I had a terrible experience with this company. After taking my deposit, communication went down the drain. My phone calls and texts were not returned in a timely manner, and after several weeks of waiting for a perc test, I finally requested my deposit back. Of course, they kept $400 of the $1,000 deposit, and I never even got the perc test that I paid for. There were always excuses when I did get a response. Mel was either sick or out of the office. Finally, the manager, Brantley, took over, and then he was moved to another location. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

  My experience at Clayton homes in Burlington NC was extremely outstanding. The employee Blake Stafford was extremely helpful and very informative. I would definitely refer her to anyone that’s trying to buy a home as she is helpful and understanding.

  I walked into Clayton on accident while looking to purchase a home. I was instantly greeted by Kera, and she was so pleasant, friendly and welcoming. That alone made me want to stay and talk with her and see what options I had available. She was very thorough with explaining things, needless to say I purchased a home today thanks to Kera!!!
