  I would like to say how appreciative I am of the crew at Spartanburg Clayton homes. We started this journey in February with the help of Will head and he got us approved for our home. We signed papers to close in June and everything has pretty much gone the way we have been told it would be. Once we closed Jess and Trey kept in touch to let us know when the Home would be arriving when we could come look at it when the home would be delivered to our property And anything and everything else. I want to say thank you to all of you for helping me and my husband to get our first new home and I can’t wait to move in

  We had a great experience from start to finish. We were a bit nervous going through this process while we were still in Florida but everyone at Clayton Spartanburg went above and beyond throughout the process to make sure everything went smoothly. Trey was so helpful from the first day we walked in to the office. He was very knowledgeable, genuine and patient with our multitude of questions. Could not have asked for a better experience with him. Jess was our project manager and she was and still is very professional and a master at multitasking. No matter the obstacles she always found the best solution for us. Her communication is always quick and thorough. We are so thankful to have her working us through this process. Charles, our Clayton service guy has also been outstanding. He is hard working, kind and honest! Hard to find these qualities in these days. Again, we started this process a little scared and overwhelmed but those feelings quickly went away because of these people! Thank you!!

  I wanna start by saying that I thankful and bless to be able to get a home, trey did a great job taking us threw the process but unfortunately I can't say the same for the process, 30k was set aside for land clearing but the work they did wasn't 30k so there should of been some savings there for gravel, gutter, and porches but non of that was done, I took care of the porches because of the budget, but the biggest issue was the drive way being muddy and no one trying to help or fix it I got all of my vehicle stuck in the yard because of the bad grading and mudd.....but they reached out later and though about my drive way and offered assistance out of kindness but never came back to finish the job

  Unfortunately I cannot say the same bout this store. Our experience working with Trey was fantastic. Trey is patient and knowledgeable. The process was easy going and really stress free. Thank you kate for referring us to Trey. It has been a pleasure working with you all. Kristina Johnson at Vanderbilt was amazing with the constant communication. Our family is very grateful for making this happen. I am happy we transferred from another store. Blessings to all.

  DO NOT GET A HOUSE FROM THEM … they had us do our application and put $1000 down and then had us wait 5 months saying “they were getting a surveryor and perc test done they got perc test done but no surveryor and then texted us and said our $1000 was at their office for pick up and they didn’t want our business . i just had a baby and need a place to stay for him and waited 5 months for NOTHING .
