  If I could give 0 stars I would. The only contractor they hire that is worth anything is Nelson Septic. The contractor they hire to put your house together, actually destroys your house. Nail holes everywhere, EVERYTHING is crooked, nails poking up through the floor, loose/broken trim and panel. They do a walk through and point out everything that’s wrong and tell you they’ll fix it. They won’t. Marie said “ it’s fine go ahead and move in, our service techs will move your furniture to make sure they fix everything on the list”. They send a service tech that has no idea what they’re doing, and doesn’t fix anything. Their solution for my house being unlevel was to SHAVE OFF the top of my FRONT DOOR!!! It leaks now when it’s rains, so that will definitely cause more issues. The trim and flooring in our BRAND NEW house shouldn’t be cutting up our baby. These people set you up for failure. Do not give these people your money!!! Go anyplace beside them, unless you are ready to become a full blown construction worker upon move in!

  They are very lovely individuals and so helpful when I was looking for a home and they were very accommodating for all the question I had I would definitely recommend Clayton homes of Hattiesburg if you are looking for a forever home
