  Daughter bought a brand new home and has had nothing but troubles with it. Water just pours in the windows absolutely ridiculous

  Update: it’s has been once again almost another month that has gone by without any contact. I tried calling in this afternoon and the automated machine said my call could not be placed and to leave a message. At this point I don’t even want these people stepping foot on my property let alone in my home to fix anything. We should be compensated for materials needed to finish the projects we need finished plus labor to have said projects completed. Absolutely disgraceful company and customer service. Finding a home, getting the loans, and going through the signing process was a breeze. The problem is once the purchase was final it took us contacting them at least once a month to move anything further. It has been over a year since our purchase date and the work is STILL not done. We have continually called them to try to get the final work done with a promise to be contacted within the next few days, and no contact has been made unless it is on our terms. I would recommend going to French city or seeking another Clayton Homes business outside of Gallipolis, Ohio.
