  I had been wanting to purchase a home for approximately eight years. I went to every mobile home lot in Ocala and ended up sticking with Clayton. I met Terry the first time I toured the homes on the lot and have stuck with him since then. At one point about five and a half years ago I put in an application, unfortunately the timing just wasn't right for me to be approved. I continued to work towards getting everything in order to try again. I went to the lot a few times throughout the years and kept in contact with Terry. I eventually started a new job and a couple years into that we tried again. Finally, my dream to be a homeowner came true. Terry was there throughout the entire process. He kept me informed of everything I needed to do and was always there to answer any questions I had throughout the process and trust me I had many of them. He is very patient and very knowledgeable. The process went so smoothly, and once I was in the home I had a few things happen and messaged him about them and immediately they were taken care of, even on the weekends he always answers. I would absolutely refer anyone to them for their home buying needs. I greatly appreciate all of his patience with me in this process. I am so in love with my new home.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend Clayton Homes of Ocala! Buying our very first home was such a big milestone, and the team at Clayton Homes of Ocala made the entire experience better than we could have imagined. Terry, the project manager, was absolutely incredible — making sure every step after closing went as smoothly and quickly as possible. He kept everything on track and truly went above and beyond to ensure we could move into our new home and we had everything we needed in time to start this next chapter of our lives. Jody was also a joy to work with — they are both always kind, responsive, and willing to answer all of our many first-time homeowner questions with patience and care. Terry and Jody made us feel supported throughout the process and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was perfect. Thanks to them, my husband and I were able to get settled into our beautiful new home and prepare the nursery just in time to welcome our first baby this month. We’re so grateful for their hard work and dedication. If you’re looking to buy a mobile home I can’t recommend the team at Clayton Homes of Ocala enough! Thanks guys!! 🥳🥳

  Thank you Clayton Homes of Ocala. I am so thankful for the awesome team we got to work with. My husband and I had looked at and visited so many home centers over the past few years while we worked on paying off the property we bought. We finally paid our land off and were ready to get our home started. After visiting so many dealers we knew what we wanted and walking into Clayton’s of Ocala were were greeted by Austin who was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my many questions, he also showed us a few models on the lot that fit the list of requirements we had. He sent us home with a ton of information on each home we liked so we could think about what we wanted to do. Austin was quick to answer my texts and phone calls and made the process of picking out our home easy. We were then assigned to project manager Terry who is just an all around great guy, he was extremely responsive to my many many texts, calls and emails. As a project manager myself I understand that not everyone’s schedules line up with what we want for our timeline. There are so many moving parts that are dependent on so many people to get things done. I really felt like Terry was advocating for us anytime we ran into a snag with the contractors working on the home his always calm demeanor is just what I needed when things popped up. The process can get frustrating because your so excited, and going into this I had absolutely no clue how much is involved, I learned a lot along the way, but I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Thank so much!!!!

  It's been a nightmare. No one calls you and if you call,the person is usually not there, on a call, or they'll call you back...which they don't. If I'd known the customer service they provide I would have NEVER purchased a home from Clayton Homes of Ocala. They get their money and you are left without anyone completing the set-up! Terry is the project manager and he will tell you that something is in the works and you wait for it to happen and you wait and wait! No one should have to wait for a home this long! Beware, do your homework and don't fall into a trap.im glad I'm young enough to wait for my home to be set up!!

  I had such a great experience with this home center and our guy Terry! There was some bumps in our path but Terry went out of his way to get everything settled and work out! So grateful I went with them!
