  Way back in December/ January we decided that we needed a newer, bigger home. After going to a couple places in Canyon County, only to be disappointed one way or the other we ventured to this lovely place. I'd called to ask the most silliest of questions.. were their pics on the website actually on their lot.. they laughed, said yes and with that we were off the meet the people that would change our lives and become almost like family. Let me introduce you to Ty Falwell. Apon arriving she met us with a smile and genuine warmth. She took the time to listen to our drawn out babble and disappointment with other places. We told her what we wanted and hoped for. She took note of everything and left us to look through the homes with no pressure. She explained in detail, but simple enough to understand, the whole process and all of what Clayton Homes could offer in all phases IF we wanted them to. (It wasn't a have to kinda thing) Found lending and sadly our first choice was over budget, not missing a beat Ty found something comparable. Enter Canyon County.. We already owned our land, but wanting a bigger home meant a new building permit. For us this also meant a setback variance, talk about a nightmare, from March to July we fought and waited for them to do their thing. During this process, once again Ty stepped in to save the day. Never any rush or annoyance over our trials she stayed in touch and involved. At one point when thinking that the county wouldn't approve what we needed, Ty yet again came though. She'd found what turned out to be our perfect forever home. July.... got the variance approval, reached out to lending for final things and Ty put together all the wants and prices. Closed in August. We'd call and ask dumb questions.. how much for blinds, what's a garbage disposal cost, can we do pendent lights above the island? She's reply, I already included them. Can not express the gratefulness and love we have for her. Now, once your home is ordered you get to move over to the awesome Audrey. She's the one that handles and schedules all the logistics and whatever construction needs you may have. She's also the walk through inspector once your home arrives. She'll go through with a fine tooth comb and find all the little things that may need corrected. She's very good at staying in contact and updating progress, yes she'll even be the bearer of bad news, but if that's the case she'll also do everything in her power to fix and or rectify the situation. We received the keys to our beautiful new home yesterday. For those who may think that manufactured homes are still being built like in the 70s, they're not. For those of you potential new homeowners, go check out this store, more importantly, seek out Ty and Audrey. Side note yes, Preston is there to and I'm sure he's great, but we didn't deal with him lol. Ty and Audrey are two of the dearest people you'll ever meet, for us they made our dreams a reality. I'm sure they'll do the same for you.

  We worked with Preston today to tour some floor plans. He was well informed and friendly without being pushy. We felt so comfortable asking all our questions. Manufacture homes are completely different than they were when I was growing up over 30 years ago. Lots of options to keep things affordable and they work with you as a project manager from start to finish.

  Lending and finance was the smoothest process I’ve ever experienced. Ty started this process swimmingly and Audrey closed our deal. They have become actual friends after this process. I would recommend Clayton Homes to anyone

  Clayton homes of Boise was a pleasure to work with. We began our building journey in December, we were working with another company that was cheaper, but the process of finding and hiring a contractor, finding a loan officer, and communicating with the county throughout was going to be our responsibility, with the help of their in house references. We had a terrible time getting in touch with their referrals and quickly found the process would take a lot more work and effort on our part than expected, ultimately foregoing their lower prices. We wasted a month and a half going back and forth with the previous company and ultimately decided to go a different route. We decided to go with Clayton, since it's well known, reputable, and specifically chose this location due to the reviews. Katie, Ty, Audrey were super kind and helped us square the loan away easily through ICCU and worked well with each other to provide us around the clock updates and answers to any questions we had. Dino and his crew were great! We had a few concerns regarding the grade of our house, since snow melt can flood the entire rear of our property, he knew what to do and was able to raise us up without any issues. With any build there are delays, but I feel the delays were so minor, and if we didn't have a neighbor keeping us updated (we didn't ask, don't worry🤣), we wouldn't have known about them they were handled so quickly. All in all, excellent team, excellent experience, would recommend and use again! Thank you guys ❤️

  Clayton homes was able to work with our unique situation and delivered us a quality product. Their personal relationships with contractors and the lender solved several issues before they became our problem. They are upfront and proactive which led to our desired results. We are very thankful for our new home.
