  We stopped in to just look and get information about new mobile homes. We spoke with Jon Ford. He was great. He had a ton of great information. He was patient and took time to answer all our questions. If you are looking for a new home. Go see Jon.

  Jon has been working with us on choosing the right home. He has been really patient with our constant questions, and walking the models with us. He is really knowledgeable on the homes they sell. We will be finalizing our decision by the end of August. Thank you Jon

  My mom and I walked in wanting to tour a Clayton home. Jon was really nice. Asked us where we wanted to put the home and when we answered with California he knew right away that he only had one model that would fit California standards. We appreciated the information he gave us. He answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable about standards and pricing. Thanx Jon!!

  They didn't get us the model that we told them multiple times we wanted to upgrade to. They also didn't let us know about the known problems with the model we ended up getting till after signing a contract. But that's partly our fault for not making sure they were giving us what we asked for before signing. Overall we still got a home so it's not the worst just definitely didn't meet expectations. Otherwise the process was fairly easy and the sales people were very friendly. Just double check your contract before signing the closing agreement. I'd still recommend them with the warning to double check what your buying.
