Store Manager Taylor deserves special recognition—not only did she handle the normal process with excellence, but she also had to step in and resolve troublesome contract issues that had caused major headaches. She corrected some of the worst prior work we’ve ever seen, ensuring everything met VA standards so we could complete our process properly. Her dedication and professionalism made all the difference. On the service side, Brandon and Lance are second to none when it comes to following through and making sure warranty work is completed thoroughly. Heather, who manages scheduling, keeps everything on track and makes sure no detail is overlooked.
