- KMKathy MabeJan 17, 20251.0I started talking to an agent the week of Thanksgiving it is now January 15th trying to work out a deal with my land and purchase a home from them the agent I talked to Named Sam has yet to call me I texted him once and all he had to say was he's waiting to hear back no news is news when you're playing the waiting game if you don't know nothing at least communicate that to me don't just leave me hanging. I am now working with a real estate agent to purchase a home instead I've made more progress with this lady in one week then I have with Clayton Homes since November
