  Excellent customer service! Very kind and honest people! Monty is an excellent person, he broke everything down for me and helped me along each step! I highly recommend this is where you come to purchase your home!

  My wife and I brought our three kids to the Sweetwater Clayton Homes, to shop around for what we may like to see in a new home, and really get an experience you just can’t fully achieve online. When we arrived, we walked into the office building and were immediately greeted by Monty, a most warm and welcoming person. Monty sat us down and listened to our family describe some of the things they would like to see, then he took us on a walk through of some of the models on the lot to show us what Clayton has to offer. We can’t recommend Monty and Clayton Homes in Sweetwater enough!

  Monte is an awsome dude I highly recommend asking to speak with him when purchasing your new home honestly I think this Sweetwater Clayton is just different all around out all of them these people have a care for the people not the money and thats respectable in my book

  Montgomery “Monty” was such an amazing resource and support for me as I began the process as a first time homebuyer.
