  I met Will in October 2024, and from the very first day, he was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. His patience and kindness made the entire home-buying process feel smooth and stress-free. Will answered my questions and kept me informed every step of the way, which truly put me at ease. Working with Will—and the entire team at the Roxboro Clayton Home Center—was a pleasure. I had a fantastic home-buying experience and couldn’t be more grateful. Special thanks to Will, Jason, Beth, Jackie, and Thomas for their outstanding support.   1st off I have to say that Will ,is a great guy. He took me to look at a few homes. No rush, pressure or boredom. Once I explained my reason for my visit, we sat down. He told me the procedures that I needed to do. When I was ready to go I felt informed and realized it was a process. He told me that he would be available if I needed him. That was comforting. Thank you 🌟

  Misled by Clayton Homes of Roxboro – Would Not Have Bought If I Knew the Truth I’m extremely disappointed with Clayton Homes of Roxboro due to their dishonesty during the home-buying process. Before closing, I specifically asked if the lot next to my home was going to be developed. I was clearly told no, that they were not building on the property. Yet just one week after closing, they began telling others that they had purchased the lot. Now, just a few months later, they’re surveying it to prepare for new construction. Even though they may not be legally obligated to share their construction or business plans, they should not be allowed to lie in order to make a sale. This was a deliberate misrepresentation, and it feels like I was told what I wanted to hear just to get me to sign. Had I known the truth, I never would have purchased this home. If you’re considering doing business with Clayton Homes of Roxboro, I strongly advise asking the hard questions and getting everything in writing. My experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and frankly, dishonest

  I have had nothing but great things to say about Clayton homes. The day I walked in not knowing a thing about the process of buying a modular home. I was met with a smile and friendly handshake. I explained to Ricky I was new and scared and was only seeking I formation on how the process works. He never once made me feel pressured to purchase. That in its self was how I knew Clayton was where I wanted to go for my forever home. From day one any questions I have he has answered. Beth a valuable key player as well. They have kept me up to date through out the process. If your considering a new home go see Ricky and Beth at Clayton Homes in Roxboro.
