  We bought our house from Clayton Homes, our seller is Chris gatz , His the Best person that we have, with patients , kinda,very confident, knowledgeable about the business, We very happy our new house and the company made big difference for us .Also as long David his manager advise us for all the things , definitely We have look to find them.

Such a wonderful person she has gone above and beyond for me and my family to get us approved sign,seal and delivered.and to say the perseverance she has is outstanding.s9 on behalf of the Dubose family we just want to thank her a million times and a thank you to the Alabama phelam branch

  We stopped by just to get some questions answered, we plan on purchasing a home through clayton but in another state. Didn't matter - Wendy was amazing!!! She answered every question and more, made us feel welcome, was personable, funny and endearing. She knew a lot and was able to sense questions before we had them. The only thing that sucks is she let us walk through a home for ideas and we fell in love with the model but cannot find it anywhere else :( I hope the ClaytonHomes we do end up working with is as pleasant and knowledgeable as she was. Thank you Wendy!!!

  Very professional from the start and showed me anything i wanted to look at. Really made this home buying an easy process and went out of his way to call me and help me in anyway possible.
