  We currently live out of state and have been trying to get things lined up for our property in Butler county. I've called and talked to multiple sales people at Clayton homes here in Greenville, and all of them have been super helpful, but I talked to Tim the other day for almost a half hour and he really went over all the details as well as giving me some perspective on living there and some tips on moving to the area and getting settled in. Really appreciated all his help and information and his patience with me, especially because I'm a Yankee and some of the other places I've called people have been less than helpful. Will definitely be going with Clayton homes and all of their contractors that they work with to try to get our new life going down there.

  Tim and Jessica is the goat they worked with me and my wife we were hesitant at first but they assured us they would do everything they could to help and they stood on business. We closed on our home in about a month and waiting patiently on the arrival of our new home
